Actually -1 rating would be more accurate. I took my Honda ATV in for a electric shifter problem. For a $145., "while you wait evaluation" They took 30 mins. to conclude that, by sticking a magnet down into the transmission oil pam , supposedly it came out with all kinds of metal fragments! Thus the transmission/gears were abused and worn out. I was informed that since the transmission and engine were built as a single unit and the transmission could not be serviced except by replacing the whole engine/transmission unit!!! I took the ATV to the only OffRoad vehicle repair shop in Glasgow, KY . They dropped the oil/transmission pan and foued NO metal shavings! They had no problem, seperating the transmission from the engine, removing the electric shift motor and ALL the individual gears of the transmission. This V..... OffRoad shop found NO excessive wear nor fragments from the transmission. They easly replaced the shifting motor, cleaned sludge buildup on the gears and it works perfectly. Very accommodating. I live out of state and Chris got all the paperwork sent out to me and I was able to purchase a side-by-side out of state they are shipping it to a farm nearby that way when I arrive it is ready to roll. Everyone that I worked with was super helpful from the service team to the sales team.

Chris karnes was awesome! Bike was dead when I arrived so he made sure I got a battery and made sure I wasn't charged for it, he helped me get the most out of my trade and all the tax breaks and deals I possibly could, very happy with him and the dealership and my new bike! Worth the hour and a half drive for sure!

Dropped off my wheel and tire in the morning to get replaced and was told it would be finished by lunch and I asked 3 times and clarified that it would only cost 50. It's past lunch and I call to get an update and the lady says they haven't started and she would go ask and would give me a call back in a second. So I wait around in the area for 50 minutes and I 3 call times with no answer. Finally someone answers and a gentleman says she went to lunch and he would check and give a call back. Don't get a call back for 2 more hours saying they finished and the total was nearly 70?? They forgot to mention a misc fee, parts fee, disposal fee, etc.. I ask about it and apparently the guy is new? But the manager was sitting right next to him when he told me it would only be 50. I bring my wheel back home and they forgot to give me my wheel spacer and took off my tire pressure valve cap. And no way to contact since they had closed so I end up reaching out on Facebook. And they leave my wheel looking like absolute shit. It's covered in glue from where they removed the old balancing weights. They didn't even bother to get it off. I have had countless tires replaced and not once has any dealer
